i like the bold red and blue against the softer blue wash of the rain and his coat.
Here's this poor soaked to the skin fellow, and all of a sudden, out the blue, an arm with a big red, beautiful, dry inside umbrella. This is so funny and clever, I love this invention and your very cool way of rendering the idea!
I too, love the way you portrayed this kind stranger with the blue arm. Very nice!
great illo!
Nice and clean illo, Linda.
Thanks for your comments. Take care.
Very nice! We do need an invention to help us have the umbrella when we need it though! I love umbrellas, and have a nice one from a trip to England, where it rains a LOT, but it's always where I'm NOT. Funny how that works.
tell me about it I brought and lost a nice strong beautiful umbrella in England.
thanks for your comment... i'm so pleased someone recognised that there was music in it!
i love this one.. funny how we just use our umbrella's , yet never think of the inventing that had to go into it...when ya think about it, its quite a complex bit of thought and enginering that went into the humble rain stopper.
all the best,
lea
great invention...it's true!!! and funny expression...
