Nice idea! I have never seen Emeril's show...but, from the look of this illustration, it looks like it may get kinda crazy! Nice style!

Really funny likeness of Mr. Lagasse and a good representation of what his show is all about. Love the two dots of yellow for the eggs in the sea of sepia.
